Kim Dyer is one of two founding-partners of Keystone Capital Management Group, LLC, which she helped begin in March 2016. As an Investment Adviser Representative, Kim is committed to helping clients work toward meeting their financial goals. She has been in the financial services industry since 2004. Kim helped develop her company’s trademarked DNA process, Dynamic Needs Assessment™, which is holistic and focuses on 5 key areas of financial life.
In 2006, Kim co-founded and operated a financial services business in Billings, Montana. It was and still is a thriving business serving ranchers, business owners, and retirement/estate clients. After 10 years she successfully sold the firm to her co-founding partner in order to facilitate her move to Arizona with her husband. She and her partner managed over $40 million in assets for their clientele.
Prior to moving to Billings, Montana, Kim went back to school full time in 2003 to complete her MBA from the University of Nebraska. Prior to her move to North Platte, Nebraska in 1994, Kim began her healthcare career in 1984 in Gillette, Wyoming. The regional hospital in Gillette, Wyoming at the time had an annual operating budget of $200 million. After serving the regional hospital as Controller and then Vice President of Finance, she accepted the promotion to North Platte, Nebraska as the Vice President of Operations. She served 10 years as the Vice President of Operations for the regional hospital in North Platte, Nebraska which had an operating budget at the time of over $400 million and 400 employees.
Kim received her BA in Accounting from the University of Wyoming. She currently holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation and served for 3 years as President of the local of the Exit Planning Institute in Arizona. Most recently, Kim attained the IRS designation of Enrolled Agent. Kim is originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming but now resides in Glendale, Arizona where she enjoys golfing, following sports and family.

Pam collaborates with clients to define clear financial goals with realistic expectations, working hard to help protect them from emotional decisions that can negatively impact their long-term financial success.
After an eight-year banking career in the early 1980s, Pam returned to the financial industry in 2003 as a Registered Representative. In 2008, she became an Investment Adviser Representative, which means she is required to uphold a fiduciary duty of care and always act in the best interest of her clients. She has passed the FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 exams and has insurance licenses in Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Utah. In 2020, Pam earned her National Social Security Advisor Certificate Holder designation through NSSA®. Her forte lies primarily in asset management and in guiding clients to and through retirement. Pam is also a trusted Ramsey SmartVestor, working directly with the Ramsey team to ensure she's meeting their high standards.
Pam understands the accumulation and retirement challenges that many employees and business owners face as they navigate through their retirement plans and benefits. She also finds great satisfaction from working with aging adults, particularly women in transition. Through her personal and professional experience, she understands the unique challenges and communication barriers that exist for clients relating to finance and investments. People work with people they like and trust.
Pam enjoys being active in the community through volunteer opportunities in her church, philanthropic organizations and networking groups aimed at improving the lives of fellow citizens. Some of her activities include the Golden Wheel Organization, 1999–2012; Dynamic Business Builders of Arizona, 2004–2012; West Valley Women, 2011–Present; Executive Women International Member, 2012–2015; Avondale Mayor’s Interfaith Council, 2012–2016; Community Service Specialist – JustServe.org, 2014–2019; and Board of Directors member at Sierra Winds Retirement Community, February 2016–Present; Action Committee Member for Dementia Friendly America® initiative within the City of Glendale 2021.
An avid public speaker, Pam has been a keynote speaker at many women’s conferences and also has served as an instructor for adult continuing education classes.
Pam and her husband, Dave, have lived in the Valley since 1985 and have three children and eight grandchildren. Her husband’s struggle with multiple sclerosis has led Pam to strive, support and collaborate with other families affected by the disease.
